Best Friends Forever??

The first thing in the morning when I usually get to school, I am greeted by Laura. This has been a tradition since about the sixth grade for us. This morning, I meet her and she has a gift for me. I look at her strangely because she already gave me my birthday gift, so what could this be for? I opened it up and saw that there was a card in it. The card was beutifully made by her (of course) and it almost made me cry. This was a present just for being her best friend for the past 6 years. Laura and I met in the sixth grade. I was totally and completely lost, but she didnt care! I loved being around her, because she really cared. We got majorly close over the years, and now, any teacher who see's one of us without the other asks us why we aren't with one another. So, anyways, I opened up the bag to see that there was more in there. She gave me a bible with my name on it, and wrote inside of the cover. Basically, telling me that she was always just a phone call away and that next year would be so hard without one another. Laura is going to BYU Idaho which is very far away from Indiana. I went to homeroom almost in tears realizing that I only have 4 more days in high school with my best friend.
